Rental Policies:

1. Renter must be responsible adult (18 or over). (We reserve the right to refuse to rent to any person(s) who in the opinion of the management might create an unsafe boating situation or whose past experiences with the marina warrant such refusal - such as property damage, etc. We also reserve the right to repossess boat from renter if an unsuitable situation exists.)
2. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide a boat to a renter, the deposit will be refunded in full and assistance will be given in finding other houseboat.
   
3. The leader to whom the boat is rented assumes responsibility not only for the boat, its equipment and all persons aboard, but also all liability to any third parties for damages or injuries.
4. The marina assumes no responsibility to the renter, his guests or third parties who may have any losses, damages or injuries incurred during use of a rental boat.
5. Unless renter has purchased the damage waiver, he will be charged for damages to boat, motor or equipment and lost items.
6. The boat must be returned in clean condition to avoid a possible additional cleaning charge.
7. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed on houseboat rentals due to health regulations.
8. If you have a breakdown or a mechanical problem, we will make every effort to get the trouble fixed as soon as possible. However, service boats are not sent out on the lake at night.
9. Our boats sleep twelve persons and are equipped for that number only. (Coast Guard Regulations.)
